Below are the cost percentages you can expect to recoup if you sell:

  1. Bathroom Addition – (Midrange – 48.2%: Upscale 49.8%)
  2. Bathroom Remodel – (54.5%)
  3. Kitchen Remodel – (Minor – 72.8%: Major – 57.7%)
  4. Master Suite Addition – (Midrange – 53.2%: Upscale – 43.8%)
  5. Deck Addition – (Composite – 63.4%: Wood – 69.1%)
  6. Entry Door Replacement – (75.3%)
  7. Grand Entrance – (Fiberglass – 68.0%)
  8. Garage Door Replacement – (98%)
  9. Window Replacement – (Vinyl – 63.0%: Wood – 69.1%)
  10. Siding Replacement – (Fiber-cement – 69.4%: Vinyl – 72.5%)
  11. Manufactured Stone Veneer – (93.1%)
  12. Roofing Replacement – (Asphalt Shingles – 60.8%: Metal – 51.6%)
